Disappointing experience, automatic annual subscription renewal without warning prior to renewal or after. No option for even a reduced refund with 1-2 months of fees taken off for time passed. Unreasonable and unfair responses referring to regulations, which is untrue. Joined under the offer in response to Covid-19, clause for automatic renewal embedded and not separately acknowledged. Very unhappy with experience. Reporting unfair practices to the ACCC and Ombudsman.

Not worth the money, even when getting it for 83% off. Shopping list doesn't work. It says you need 24 cups of oil and 8 cups of peanut butter for 1 week of shopping. If you update your meal preference the name stays the same. No option to multiply quantities if cooking for more than one person. Very basic app.

Used for a few months when it was free but recipes and workout become a little repetitive. They charged me for a full year recently without any notification or follow up receipt so I had no idea. I had deleted the app and they told me it was set to auto renew. Not happy.
