★★☆☆☆ Constantly signs me out despite selecting "Remember Me". Barely notifies me of activity from clients. Sometimes doesn't even update conversations with people, so you have to go on your cpu and visit the actual website to do so. Horrible app

★★☆☆☆ Calling from the app is SO unreliable. More than half of my attempts fail. Either connection fail or just silence... Also, when you move away from the call screen during a call there is no way to get back to it, so you can't put it on hold or end the call. You have to force close the app to end the call. Constant 'internet unavailable' errors. It's unacceptable for a telephony service!

★★☆☆☆ App is very unreliable. When I try to reply to clients, I'm constantly getting a message that says "internet unavailable" even when connected to Wi-Fi at home. And especially when I'm on cell service or and about, it's the only reason I even need the app.
