After using their service for a year and spending over $500 in shipping, I shipped my latest package, I thought I received all my items but today I see that I get a new one and I asked them if it is possible to just count it along my last package, but sadly they refused, and I have to pay an extra $13 for nothing, terrible customer service, they do not care about their customers and tbh their prices are high and I was using it just because I was familiar with them, but not anymore 👎

Literally the worst app I can't even sign in I tried to sign in multiple times, but it still says "error" I checked everything and its right IDK why it doesn't sign in

The application is good but not the customer support. I've used boombeene and had no issues. But here on boombinere if an item gets missing then good luck gretting it back because they say we're not responsible for that, and they do not care enough to give you a discount count as compensation. I might re-use it in the future, but I'd be careful when ordering expensive items because I want to be sure when something goes wrong, there's someone to help.
