Trading one carrier service to another from a male's point of view IMO is like dating .... I been loyal since Virgin Wireless ±25 yrs. If I date another female trading one's faults that i already know for someone elses that i recently met🤷🏻. I'm not going to another cell carrier bc I already know how well I work with Virgin/Boost services and personnel. Are they perfect, in a perfect world? Is this an app that auto installs on Motorola or something? I'm in the T-Mobile network. I don't have boost. I don't know why this is on my phone or why I can't uninstall it.

Ever since we switched from tmobile and installed this app on my phone, i haven't been receiving calls. My brother (who is in prison) has called me several times and nothing. No missed calls, no voicemails, nothing. Starting to think I should have gone to mint mobile. I've had boost mobile before, but now when I call tech support and trouble shoot the phone, the call gets dropped or ends abruptly. The iphone I got for my wife has spotty service and echos whenever she's on the phone with someone.
