A very good app a must in the borders of scotland and tickets are cheaper using the app, the app also gives info on any issues on journals that may cause delays, this company has been fantastic during the during lockdowns and easing and clean buses and mostly excellent informative drivers

Half of the time, buses aren't using their trackers so the timetables in the app' are marginally more useful than the physical ones stationed at stops. These buses are usually late, but occasionally show up and leave earlier. Generally speaking, Borders isn't the most reliable transport around and tends to be late to the scene. The app' is pretty much required reading at this point however as neither Borders nor the council seem to routinely update the physical timetables at stops.

Terrible up, update to services are rare, and bus tracker doesn't work properly half the time. Impossible to know if is going to be late or arrive early. I understand sometime buses are late, but drivers should stick to the schedule and not leave early. If buses just aren't going to arrive you should be notified in the app, so you can adjust your journey. Y
