Most of these reviews are not correct A lot of people on here saying that they can't use the GPS if they're not at the site of the problem and that's not true if you hit GPS you can drag that little scope an icon and drag it to wherever you want to in the city once you get it to where you wanted in the address comes up correct then you just hit OK at the top of the screen, and it registers that address as far as putting pictures in you can get them from the archive you tap on the photo, and you say you want to get it from the gallery

Awesome This is a great way to report problem, and most of the time the city responses. The location feature is a little wonky, and I'd like to simply be able to type and address in.

This app makes it easier to give location, description and track your reports then the city's website. But it seems to only run on phones, not on tablets. Photos are also very small, should be able to zoom or enlarge photos. Should be able to comment and/or reopen a case when the city closes a case. Sometimes the city is slow to fix, but that is not the app's fault.

The app is fine, but the service is not. No enforcement of illegal parking, with or without reports in East Boston. This app started off as a supplemental tool to draw attention of Boston civil servicers to specifics they could have missed. Now the city expects citizens to use the app do its job for them. "Pandemic" is over; perhaps we could have the prepaid services back now? Despicable.

Totally broken The last couple updates have made the app useless. The app says it has updated reports but nothing shows up. Everything is empty saying no data.
