These app and bose quiet comfort ultra earbuds has been the most obnoxious device I have ever owned. The sound quality is great when they connect but about 70% of the time I use them I have to fight to get them to connect. Do yourself a favor return your headphones and go get anything else.

My Bose Quiet Comfort Ultra earbuds stopped connecting to my phone. However, my Sound Link Flex 2nd gen still works however but still disappointed about the Quiet Comfort Ultra earbuds not working after a few months of owning them. Update them please?

My UC IIs SOUND and ANC are top-notch but the bugs and this app make owning these earbuds a horrible experience. It takes a million tries to get the app to connect with the buds along with multiple unpairs and re-pairs. And once the buds are finally connected, the app will suddenly lose the connection down the road, and you have do the unpair and re-pair process all over again. There are times when one bud or both buds won't power on and connect to my devices when I take them out of the case.
