Finding this service was a stroke of luck for me, as I was travelling and needed to receive a few shipments. The app notifications work well and all the shipments arrived safely at the pickup location. There is still room for improvement in customer service response times. The staff at the pickup location was great. Very helpful and responsive.

Please check the address where your shipping too because Bounce does not include the whole address... I learned the hard way when I was Goin on vacation that week I had 8 packages delivered, and I didn't get them because bounce failed to include the suite number, and so I didn't get my packages and partially ruined my Vaca.

Default is set to show only "delivery auto approved" locations, so many cities show no locations. $5 package pickup is deceptive. Size limit for that price is a 2" x 2" x 2" cube, which isn't even enough to fit an address label. Anything more than 8 cubic inches (letters) is ~$20+ to pick up. This real pricing is hidden below the first unscrolled screen and under a link. If you want to hunt for a location by open hours and days, the whole list resets @every location move. Ivy is awesome.
