Bounce has been the best investment for our company. We really were impressed when we sent a crew to Lake Lure N. C. for emergency help with tree removal and supplying generators. Even with no cell services, we were able to track the vehicle to its location. A great relief to know they made it.

Some of my cars already have GPS built in, and I can track those cars in their respective apps. I don't want to buy bounce trackers for those. I know some of the manufacturers like Buick offer APIs to connect to their services. It would be nice if I could log in to my accounts and authorize bounce to access car locations and stats. Allowing me to manage my fleet from the bounce app.

This app is unreliable. I wish we did more research before we invested in this for our whole fleet. Lots of lags. Lots of the endless buffering circle. Notifications happen hours after the actual event. Lots of errors and lag when switching from vehicle to vehicle. Not recommended.

The app provided sound for alerts are now using the default sound on my Galaxy s22 Ultra with the most recent update

So far 75% of the trips on the kids way to school track, but on the way home it shows them stopped and parked along the way. Yet when I sound the alarm to go find my child, they are home, car in the driveway, and the app still shows them 8 miles away. Disappointed so far.
