Great if they'd ACTUALLY respond or approve location recycling, esp home neighborhood recycling Services our city or HOAS in the USA pay for etc.... bc otherwise I have to travel to God knows where so far, and they won't" count" as my points ($) until I can actually turn them in an actual location for recycling.... Why let the US download and redeem if you won't alot us some dropoff points of let us use or own or approve. Will rate 5 when paid out for sure once approval of location at home

Not happy about being forced to turn on location services just to scan package codes. It's enough to have it on when points are collected at the recycling place. This wasn't required previously. I have always recycled, and have never needed an app to encourage me. I won't use the app anymore.

I really liked the idea and that is what drew me to the app early on. Rewards have become more difficult to achieve for some time and since the update, losing all outstanding coins (and not having them transfer into the new system - even by way of XP) combined with the very low return on what is offered per scan has made it very difficult to make me want to continue to give Bower my recycling data. It's now not worth the extra time it takes to recycle to scan items. Sorry Bower. I'm now out.
