Does what it's supposed to do. Support is super helpful. If you have any questions simply email them. They were very responsive and gave me personal service. Remote schedule is working, and I'm saving money by having it go into vacation mode during surge pricing from my utility company! Love it!

You can't set schedules that extend past 12 AM, so you need to set at least two schedules per day, and you're only allowed 14 schedules total per week. Every schedule set is automatically bumped up an hour. There's no guide for the app. The errors codes are nonsensical. The only information pop up is cut off, so it doesn't help. Notifications are not requested by the app so enabling them is useless. This is the worst commercial app I've ever used. Tons of other issues but I've run out of space.

Completely Useless. Takes forever to connect through Bluetooth. Never remembers Wi-Fi password. All controls blanked out or non-operational. Always prompts for face ID. Repeated attempts to login requests re-registration, but complains there is an error Restarting the app seems to show the units controls but again, non-operational. I finally had to give up.
