★★☆☆☆ Old one worked. This one not. Can't be searched for in android. Tickets buying is not working / not even showing error. Just Button flashing and nothing happening. Bring back old one as long this one does not work (stock android, pixel 4)

★★☆☆☆ How can an app be this bad? Can't buy tickets online, and the app is a piece of garbage that also can't process a payment? How is this train line still running? How embarrassing!!

★★☆☆☆ The old app wasn't a high-end stuff, but it was working. Here I was struggling to buy the ticket every time I try. The button doesn't react sometimes, I have to re-login all the time. It is especially annoying, when there is not much time left to buy the ticket. I had to switch to DB app.
