The airline is fabulous. I love traveling with them. Happy, helpful people, great prices, and clean, comfortable planes. The app, on the other hand, is absolutely the worst app ever in the history of apps. It hardly ever opens, when it doesn't remember me, doesn't have my flights, points, or preferences. Nearly anytime I want to do anything, I have to go to the website instead. Sure wish they would fix it.

Extreme difficulty booking flight. Seems my font size was too large!? Also, no ability to speak to an agent. Only text option, that took 5x longer

Terrible!! Yesterday, I had to literally go to the airport and have a counter manager who was able to credit the trip; the change function on the app and online was broken. Today, it took 1/2 hr to rebook a simple one-way trip using yesterday's credit. Would not accept Breeze Points on a PC. After several attempts, using the same booking method, it took the Breeze Points. Whew!!! I am on the fence with Breeze Airways, unfortunately.
