How can use this app for computer to phone as send messaging for phone to computer vice versa through Bluetooth excluding internet.

Doesn't work, I configured the app at home with internet connection, then, tried to use it on a place with two phones connected to same Wi-Fi but no internet access, and it doesn't work at all. The app says "connect to contacts on the same Wi-Fi network" but it doesn't work at all. Too bad it looked like a good option
