★★★★★ Get Bridger! I'm so happy with my broker getting me insurance with Bridger. The yearly rate and monthly payments are so reasonable!

★★★★★ I needed contact info right away. No waiting. Quick chat ....... and It was business as usual.

★★☆☆☆ Needs alot of work on the app. Clients should be able to create a username rather than always using their policy number every time. Also doesn't save payment info to use for payment.

★★☆☆☆ I received my premium due a day after my due date. So I was charged a late fee because Bridger sent my payment booklet a day after. My bill was due 12/13/2024, but I received my paperwork on 12/14/2024. Just paid. I will be calling customer service.

★★☆☆☆ Keeps giving me an error every time I try to make my payment when all my card info is correct. This is not the first time this has happened. This app is supposed to make it easier for me to make a payment, but it's only making things more complicated than it should. I'm definitely deleting this app.
