Frustrating, doesn't work properly, won't allow me to book swimming (having logged in, I was repeatedly taken to a page inviting me to join Brio which, obviously, I already have). Useless. Would be no stars if that was an option. Waste of time.

There's no easy access to information like pool timetable. I'm a long-term member, so why push 'experience membership' deals? It makes no sense whatsoever. I don't need to book to swim, so why don't you have timetable as a top item?

Hit-and-miss. I've recently had lots of problems logging in to book classes. My login details are saved on my phone, but the app kept stating I was using an invalid email or password. For the past few weeks I've often had to reset my password to login. Sometimes it won't let me log in on my phone and I have to use my laptop, which I don't always have with me. It's been better over the past two days, but now there doesn't seem to be a waiting list button for fully booked classes.
