★★★★★ It's pretty good! Nothing seriously wrong that I noticed-the negative reviews for this app seem to mostly stem from password issues because the authors did not pre-enroll in the new mobile banking program, which the bank sent notices of repeatedly over the past few months. Yeah, the app is a bit clunky, but it's a banking app. I'm content that it's functional.

★★★★★ Seamless online banking experience. New update is user-friendly, easy to find everything, and option to inquire on transactions directly to BCSB. Update now allows for biometrics for an easier log-in experience.

★★★★★ It is easier to navigate, looks clean, and I like the option to see the password. Older hands and fingers that don't always hit the correct keys, double-checking the password keeps the errors at a minimum. Thank you.

★★☆☆☆ This app is no longer working on my Android. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it several times, and it continues to crash every time I try to log in. In fact, I haven't been able to sign in for a while. BCSB: What's the problem??? I miss having this app access to my accounts and the functionality of the app. When it works, it's great! Please fix this....

★★☆☆☆ This app is garbage! Never accepts my username or password and I always have to reset it. I hate this bank and app
