I've been using this for several years now, and I am very happy with it. It works on a wide variety of IR (Infrared remote) & RF (radio frequency) devices. Note that an IR device must have a line of sight between hub and device.

Such a clever little app and accompanying device. Makes home control/automation so easy. If you have distributed audio/video, but are unable to control your remote devices from other rooms because of infrared signal limitations, this is the solution.

It looks like an app update past 1.8.10 disabled control of my RM Pro +, the other two remotes RM4 Pro and RM4 Mini still work fine on the updated app. My two mobile devices that have not updated yet run all 3 RM devices fine. However, I can still run any scene involving the RM Pro + from any mobile device including the updated one. This also happens when installing on a fresh device.

Why does my local network of devices requires an online account, a login, and wan access to use and manage? It makes me somewhat uncomfortable and occasionally frustrated. A local device is sending a local signal to another local device over a local network, as ordered by my phone locally via the same local network. At what point was a wan connection required? None. And yet here we are.

there are no models, I found one for my old LG TV, but I can't find anything for anything else. Brands like Samsung, Pioneer and Panasonic there are no devices, and you have to tediously make them yourself... there are no options for button layout in any custom way at all, you just add a button, and it sits in a grid... I honestly don't get this new paradigm of removing options for customization... everyone and their mother wantt to reinvent the wheel 🙄 Broad link...95% of ALL DEVICE TYPES are missing.

App is acceptable but don't buy the broad link wall plugs - the actuators inside spoil around 11–15 months after purchase - I had 8 broken out of the 12 I bought! Lousy actuators even with low current devices with no inrush current
