★★★★★ Give it five stars! Because after successful submission of my application using this app, my loan was approved and my account was credited after signing the contract. Thanks again bsp for the convenience this app brought rather than queuing up.

★★★★★ When you upgrade from 1.0.0 to 1.2.0, I am not able to locate Tabubil on prefer branch. Kindly include Tabubil please. Otherwise, this application is best so long as you fill fields correctly.

★★★★★ Worked very well the first time. I was called the next day to go in to sign the contract. The second time it didn't. I went in person and was told nothing on record. I am 100% sure I did submit my application that time. Anyway, I hope it is working alright now. Great app though. Makes life easier.

★★☆☆☆ Great initiative by BSP. Two things I would like to point out which BSP has to improve on this app: 1. Identification Page Uploading Files:There is no option to browse your Files folder on the phone. Only your Gallery. That makes it impossible to upload PDF files which is a format that is mostly preferred for such things as Loan Applications. 2. Personal Details Page:If you are Married and you state that, it gives you a Spouse Details again.There are no options to state that Spouse is unemployed.

★★☆☆☆ I Installed the app successfully. However, I can not upload or even take photos of my documents at step 2. I uninstalled the app and re-installed 5 times and have tried so many times to upload photo documents but nil result. I just cannot get past step 2. Kindly assist on the issue I am facing.

★★☆☆☆ Worst application ever.can't even do anything right. Waste of time please BSP upgrade this app for this year.
