★★★★★ When I first install this app on my previous phones, it would install instantly, but now I can't do it on my current phone, instead I get a message to sign into my Gmail account and once done I'm prompt to install it on my other devices which I no longer have. Any ideas as to how to avoid this issue. It's frustrating as I can't do an electronic transfer anymore without this App.

★★☆☆☆ Trying to use this app and the banking app on the same device is virtually impossible to get the OTP into the banking app before the OTP changes. This is a two device process - extremely NOT USER FRIENDLY

★★☆☆☆ Really annoyed with BSP... they change the way we bank. Force us to use an am that doest work. Keeps shutting down and says unexpected error. This is nonsense. I don't have access to my personal money.
