Hanging interface I have been playing BTS world S2 since it was released not a single day goes without the app hanging. The app hangs at least several times during a entire game usage which is minimum 30 mins. The sudden server update few days back allowed the game to function without these issues, but it's back to hanging. I even factory reseted my phone to no use. Please rectify the issue

All's good but no meaning if level doesn't increase. My deck power is damn high and environment score is almost full too. Auto placing the card of tactically, always I'm failing to win against the time stealer. Why? Please look into this matter.

Even after multiple updates it's still frustratingly difficult to get tiles in the right place and to move with your finger, it just flats out never works for me every time the tile never continues with my finger! And when I go one by one it's slow and oftentimes I miss the area I want and have to then try and fix it without causing more errors because it ALWAYS places the tiles away from where I press, with both finger presses and when using a digital pen. For reference, I use a Galaxy Z Flip 4.

It's a fun game and good for a BTS fan, but it feels like since the recent update it's become SO MUCH HARDER to get an SSR card of the members. The game has definitely lowered the drop rate for premium card drops, and even though you're spending in game gems, all it gives you is repeats of lower scoring cards. It's incredibly frustrating and off-putting. More SSR card drops should be happening, ESPECIALLY if they're promoting all these new cards to get you playing.
