Very, very difficult to navigate. If you need to change something, you will be redirected to another app and still find out that you still cannot do it there as it is Greyed out. I want to see my policy and am moved from pillar to post and still cannot find it after 10 minutes. This app is the worst I have ever seen. Please improve it to make it look like Outsurance's one which is very user-friendly.

There's no point in having this app. You can't do anything on it. You can't log a claim, update your details, download policy documents, or even add products. It is useless, really.
