The taxi was ten minutes late, so I rang the app, and they said it had been cancelled. No notification, no call, nothing. Avoid at all costs.

Update Dec 2022: booked two rides yesterday, which went well, but now app is repeatedly sending notifications to rate the driver of the 2nd ride. Happy to do so, but notifications won't stop coming! Had to disable notifications to stop them pestering me! Update Sep 2022: Very disappointed by new app and losing all details of previous bookings, credit etc. Placed two advance booking and only one shows up in the app but both charged. Revised down from 5 stars to 2.
