Does not work. Tried 3 day trial would not identify from photo. Tried 10 times connection failure. Help button does not work either.

WARNING!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! THE SUBSCRIPTION IS A SCAM THAT YOU CAN'T CANCEL OR CONTACT SUPPORT!!! Attempting to cancel my subscription because I only needed the 3-day trial to try to identify one spider but when I click on 'how to cancel subscription' under the settings tab it takes me to a page that says steps 1---2--- instructions, but that's it doesn't say or do anything else so when I tried clicking the 'contact us' tab it pops up options on my phone like I'm trying to share something.
