★★★★★ I've played this game every day for almost a year bc I just love bsd my only complaint is I'm starting to run out of things to do so oof. It's fun otherwise, and you can get different characters and all, but I'd like toser Nikolai, Sigma, Aya and maybe other characters as well

★★☆☆☆ WHY IS IT STUCK ON CONNECTING?!?! I CAN'T ENTER THE GAME!!!!! Update: I tried uninstalling and installing the game, and it forced me to enter a password... It never made me enter a password at the start?!!!!! I lost my account (I was rich) and my SSR characters. My Favorite characters, by the way. I'm unable to retrieve my account because I forgot which rank I'm on, so I'm unable to contact them. I miss Poe. I was saving up for more of him. This was my favorite game!!!!!!!

★★☆☆☆ Bungou shop is broken. I haven't even bought any of the newly restocked items in the bungou points shop and yet it's telling me that there are no new items to purchase. Earlier in the day it was perfectly functional and now it's not.

★★☆☆☆ I was trying to have my acc back bcuz of deleting for an irl reason. I screenshotted my player ID and password, but it said incorrect when I putted it correctly- I tried it with another account, but that works cuz I changed the password-do we need to change the password before doing a transfer? Or it just got deleted?? Is it a problem or just my account being permanently deleted? But when I tried it on my past acc it worked why only that acc😔

★★☆☆☆ I have been playing this game for about 4–5 months, and accidentally my account information was lost, so I can't continue the game. I tried to email their support team, and they have not produced any results at all, I have probably emailed them about 7 or more times, still can't get my account back. I even gave them all the information I could. (IP Address, Device Model, etc.) And still can't get my account back. The game is fun anyway, the support team are just disappointing.
