Quicker than website when it is working. But I would say it works 50% of the time. Always the same issue is when trying to upload the receipt. Screen will freeze and app shut down. This issue is to be fixed.l, and you are to restart the process. Luckily info is saved but still need to resubmit. Fail again. Resubmit until it works. Some time after 3 trial it works, some other time I just have to give up. I'm using an oppo phone. 2 stars since not reliable.

This is the first time I use the app to book a phone appointment. I went through the steps: Where will you be? I answered Spain Then when I was asked for my telephone number I put in prefix United Kingdom (+44) Then my number... as I live abroad, and I have a UK number. I completed the booking and I didn't receive a call. Then I received an email saying they couldn't reach me and what had happened? The telephone saved in order to receive the call was starting with (+34) which is the Spain prefix
