★★☆☆☆ It's not as simple as the advertising says. First you must download the app when there's no Wi-Fi at the pickup point. Then you have to register, which can take up to four attempts. The registration requires lots of unnecessary personal information and is only in Bulgarian. Also, at no point before registration do they tell you the costs or method of payment, plus everything is in Bulgarian. I gave up, as I want to keep some information private and probably would only rent a bike rarely.

★★☆☆☆ DO NOT USE. Terrible app, extremely hard to rent a bicycle. I manage to start the service, but bicycle didn't unlock, then I tried to end the ride, but app was giving me error and basically started charging me without using the service. When I called support they also couldn't unlock the bike, but they still charged me.

★★☆☆☆ Rented a bike, but it turned out that the chain has fallen from both gear rings. Well, I put the chain on both, but probably the chain is too loose (stretched) or the back gear ring set is too worn out, because the chain fell off again. No way to report a problem with the bike. Tried to rent another one. The locking mechanism did not open. I ended the session and got fed up with the service for now.
