Downloaded this app to use at a birthday party last weekend. The venue was O'Shea's Outdoor Beer Garden, in Manchester, who were running a cashless system via Butler. The app was quick & easy to set up, very simple to navigate (great UI), easy to understand the menu and both ordering and paying were a breeze too (we used both Google Pay & Apple Pay). To say the venue was totally full, the table service was superb with rounds for 6 of us taking no more than 5–6 minutes to arrive, often quicker.

This app takes what should be a simple process and adds numerous unnecessary steps. It also seems to work in a more straightforward manner on my friend's iPhone - ended up using his phone to order. 0/10 just adds frustration to ordering a pint.

Since a recent Android update, the app now crashes every time I click on the 'order now' button. Have tried clearing the cache, restarting, uninstalling and installing again... nothing. Basically means I can't drink in my local as they've switched to app ordering only.
