The app is pretty good to control the car AC, lock/unlock door, and start car without a key. But one thing is lack of is to allow changing KM to Miles. BYD, PLEASE INCLUDE THIS FUNCTION IN YOUR NEXT VERSION!

Please bring back dark mode, add phone proximity keyless entry, add ability to set charging reservation times on/off from the app, allow biometric confirmation instead of 6 digit pin. Keep improving BYD. Love the car. Thanks for reading my input.

It's awesome to enable AC during winter, from inside the house. Also, nice to see the SOC without going to the car. The online support chat is also very good. Some issues are: the range and Odo readings are only in Km, when UK uses Miles. Remove the need for a pin (unlock), when biometrics login is enabled. Allow changing seat positions from app (we share cars). Allow more than 1 user (we share cars).

For BYD NFC digital car keys: BYD needs to support Google Wallet running IN Samsung phones due to the fact that Samsung Wallet was discontinued in Mexico. BYD; please enable support for your digital car keys in Samsung phones with Google Wallet (not only Samsung wallet, which is useless for us)

BEWARE: dangerous widget behavior. The app itself is pretty functional. But the widget has some probmatic behaviors that could leave your car unintentionally unlocked if you're not careful. I've reported this to devs by email but had no response so here goes: using the widget, pressing the unlock icon unlocks the car, pressing the settings button? Unlocks the car. Pressing the on the info symbol? UNLOCKS THE CAR. Press the fan button UNLOCKS THE CAR. Behavior is intermittent but confirmed.

It is not displaying the NFC security key installation option for me, even having a Samsung S24 Ultra and this service being available in my country and included with the car I bought from BYD.

Please make an option to change the distance left on the vehicle to Miles and Not Km as I am in UK and Miles is more sense also please bring out the digital key in UK for ATTO3a
