It's been almost 6 months since I opened a bank account in C24. The account opening process was very quick and simple. So far I am very satisfied. The app is very simple and useful. Things I like about C24 1) Bank account is free, I don't pay anything 2) Physical and virtual MasterCard (also Google Pay, which I personally use a lot) 3) Interest 2.25 in Tagged 4) Transfer in real time without any cost 5) For every action you are notified by email and messages

I have fraudulent transactions in my account. There was no 3DS for them. The button to dispute them is not available in the app. I'm trying to reach the support for the second day in a row. There has been no response so far. Poor security, poor service.

Worst customer service. Every time you log in to the app, you need to do identity verification with your passport. They never receive the calls. This is common problem all their customers are suffering from. Do not open an account with this bank.

It took them 9 days to update my phone number. In automatic mode it was not possible to update the phone number through the application - SMS did not arrive. I wrote to bank support on 07 January 2024 - no reply. I wrote on 08 January 2024 - the answer from the template was inserted, the problem was not solved. I wrote on 09 January 2024 - they didn't answer me. Wrote on 10 January 2024 - no reply. Very quick for a bank! I did not receive a reply until 16 January 2024. Thank you very much!
