I find that every once in a while, Caesars, rewards has thrown in an extra perk, which has surprised me. This kind of extras and appreciation of patrons keeps me wanting to come back and has me telling others about what I have enjoyed through the Caesar's entertainment group. The key to being able to play, however, Is knowing my limits during each visit.

Good app u get free rewards for playing games at Caesars I can save and spend fur food shopping golf or sauna or whatever so yeah u get free rewards for playing games at Caesars but most of the time u might end up spending money to play games but then sometimes u can opt in on promotions and get free money or coins or points or whatever to play casino cahes, and I've not hardly spent 20-$30 when I first played Caesars casinos and I got up to $260 and collected $200 of it

It's been a great experience, but sometimes the rewards will not show up and rewards center is no help. I've lost out on Free play dining credits since Nov. 29th when I drove up to play and none of my rewards showed up. The customer service desk just laughed and said openthats probably why our systems are having some trouble. I wasn't offered any comparable rewards, I lost out on dining credits for November, and my Free play. I'm still trying to get my rewards fixed, and I can't get anyone to help!

The app is not worth a damn. It is the absolutely worst app I have ever installed. Constantly having to reset password. I do not know why. And once I reset it it still will not accept the new password. I love going to Cherokee and to Murphy, but this app makes me want to quit doing anything with this casino! I expect much more

Awful. Constantly shows I have free play, but when I go to use it there is nothing. Does not show room rates. Zero explanation of promotions (i.e. when and where are the drawings? Do you need to be present?), no info on food comps. This is literally just an advertisement for hotels without being any use.
