★★★★★ Generally a good App and I frequently use it. However, yesterday I linked a gift card to the App, and it only worked temporarily. The gift card balance mysteriously disappeared the next day and the option to add gift card also disappeared. Not sure why? Quite a puzzle. Please investigate and fix. Thanks

★★☆☆☆ After reviewing about a year ago following a problem with Nectar points converted into vouchers for 20+ drinks not giving reward stamps, and a long time going to Costa instead, I thought I would give Nero another chance. Since then, I linked my Wait rose card with Nero, and I also have a Taste Card discount. Bought coffee but no stamps again. Contacted Neal Street Rewards who run app for Nero. Response "No stamps if paying with vouchers or with discount". Nero should be rated Zero. Back to Costa!

★★☆☆☆ App not good at all doesn't work in rhe café nero couldn't get my free birthday cake not liking app pefer the paper loyalty card much easier code hard to put in and only minutes it works when you get to the till don't work very stressed full of special needs
