I made an appointment and was met by the manager, Yolanda Contreras. From the beginning of my meeting, the experience was a pleasure. Yolanda was very friendly and, at the same time, professional, experienced, and knowledgeable. The fees are excellent. I have no hesitation recommending Caixa Bank Fuentes Alamo.

Almost useless. * transfer history doesn't provide transfer details * recent transfer do list details, but those cannot be copied or shared * unable to save known target accounts w/out losing security validation for transfers to said accounts * history doesn't show month well, so it's tedious to scroll or search for transfers longer than 1–2 months * communication with advisor is hidden and updates aren't pushed/notified in the app * lock timeout even while using the app * do I really need to go on?

Maybe one of the worst app in banking. I can't even login last month - after redirect to other "super secure" app Caixa Sign to confirm my password there it redirect back to the login page. ⭕ Circle of glory. Great work 👍 by the way, - the 5-star ratings 99% are fake.

Latest version of app even worse than last as it hides balance after charges under additional layers so that customers accidentally slip into debt and incur charges.
