Easy to use as a mobile app build media on the fly

It's a scam, I've been using the card for a few months, recently was sent a new card saying that old card won't be able to use, money from old card will be transferred to new card. I'm not able to activate new card, am unable to do anything on the app and looks like they will be keeping my money that is stuck in there. There support email doesn't exist, WhatsApp number given, and I've texted them, no reply. All a scam. Am I reporting them.

Been trying to verify my account via the Sing pass link, but it keeps hanging. The interface looks scammy with its very simplistic response. Even the posted new cards seem dodgy as if it's handwritten. Looks like the saved money in the accounts will be forfeited. Imagine the amount of untranslated monies they have at their disposal, since users cannot use them. Disappointing.
