I've been an annual CaBi subscriber for over 10 years now. I absolutely love the service it provides. And the app has been instrumental to that. It shows me bikes available at stations when I'm riding shows me what stations are around and if they have free spots to dock, and keeps track of various other statistics.

READ BEFORE USING IT!!! THESE BICYCLES HAVE NO GPS TRACKER!! I paid for the day pass for the bicycle. Because it wasn't electric, I didn't think it had to be parked at a dock when done, so I parked it on the sidewalk. I got on the app trying to end the ride and that's when I found out it had to be parked at a dock. I was charged $25 on top of the $8 day pass. I contacted customer service and a nice gentleman named George/Jorge Enrique assisted me with finding the bike and refunded me my $25 😄

The bikes do not unlock and lock correctly, and the customer service is horrible. Do not use if you're in a hurry or need reliable service.

I've had issues multiple times when my ride doesn't end even after docking the bike. I'm currently being charged for a 9-hour ride when I docked after about a 15-minute ride. The customer service is laughable, you will get passed to a new person if you don't respond within a minute. Please fix the end ride issue.

A station full of bikes, but none of the bikes would release. Multiple people around me on the phone with customer service. Only option was to refund. Will not use this service again.
