This was very easy to use app to take care of the issues that I had.

I specifically chose my insurance plan for this service, which I can't use for the rest of my family. When I called the help desk, they tried to bypass the problem by entering the info and scheduling the appointment for my daughter on their end. The problem is I still have to enter the relationship to verify the insurance info. The drop-down menu is blank, so there is nothing to select. I can't even use the keypad to type in a few letters to provide available options. Please fix!!
