If you ever tried to do a mobile deposit you will be spending hours and hours and hours and hours of your time. Change Banks do yourself a favor

App turned craptastic. Which is unfortunate because it was once good. Previously the app did not recognize the endorsement on the back of the check; did not process deposit. Now will not take the picture of the endorsement at all unless you back out 1 menu screen then reload. Galaxy S21.

What you see on the app isn't accurate to what's actually happening with your account, my work will make several deposits of sufficient funds to cover my purchases, the app will even tell you you're positive in funds, but as soon as the business day ends I still get charged overdrafts fees, I can literally cover every purchases I make but my deposits will be held so I get charged or it will process charges that happened later than previous ones just to increase the amount of overdrafts

Mobile deposit is not working and I've been using it a couple years now. Not impressed with Capital City Bank in general after being a customer for over 16 years. Too many changes that seem to be in favor of the bank and not the customer.
