Weird app. Closing my limited down, and they said can't take a direct debit. Tried paying via back and it bounced back. Then next day they try to take direct debit out... that did not go though. Now I have to pay interest for no reason apart it just being misleading information.

Uselss. Card didn't work for the first time using it, so capital on tap said they would have to send another new one. Totally unreliable and a waste of time.

Impossible to log in, worked great before now I'm being asked to do a persona ID check, it'll take a photo of the front of my driver's license, but will not capture the rear, with the border overlay being shown not being for a UK driver's license despite that being what was selected I cannot log it without my passport, which nobody carries around with them absolutely ridiculous that this is how it works let me log into the app for heaven’s sake
