★★★★★ Agree with Sebastian that the app is fine, but you have to log in too often. I have successfully purchased ferry tickets for my daily commute and other trips for ~6 months now with no technical difficulties. Saved a lot of money by buying multi trip tickets and don't have to worry about buying and losing a paper ticket.

★★☆☆☆ Got charged 3 times or 251 dollars when purchasing 11 tickets for 83 dollars. Support link on app won't work and so can't reclaim. Told to get updated app but can only find my current version in google play. Would someone please tell me how to reclaim

★★☆☆☆ Keeps shi**** self randomly on S9+ when standing in front of the ferry staff with queue behind me. Had to pay by card a couple of times. Doesn't support Google Pay, fingerprint / iris login / face login or any external identity providers such as facebook, google, amazon. But then someone spent the time do develop the animation when you activate a ticket 🙄
