★★★★★ I absolutely love this app! There are so many options for different types of exercises. She shows different levels for each exercise. I'm seeing a huge difference in my body tone and shape! Plus, she is adorable and motivational. Besides the monthly program, she has a vast library of exercises to choose from. Most of the exercises are 15 minutes in length, but when I'm motivated, I will do 2 to 3 different ones a day... her recipe guides are an excellent and creative way to help your diet.

★★★★★ I LOVE this fitness app! Approaching 50, I was having a hard time finding a workout that worked for me. The 20/30 something workouts were just too much for my current body. This workout gives me the results I want with just the right amount of soreness. I'm thankful I can move again! Cara is a lifesaver!

★★☆☆☆ DON'T DOWNLOAD! They make it IMPOSSIBLE to deactivate!

★★☆☆☆ Always have to pay. Why can't anyone help those that can't buy all these apps.
