Love this app! Been using it for years. Helped me stay on a keto diet, set goals and lose weight. Automatically keeps track of your daily protein, fat, carbs and calories just by logging in the food you're eating. The premium version connects to my Fitbit and Komodo apps, lets me use the intermittent fasting features, gives me access to hundreds of keto recipes and more. Try the free version first, it's also great.👍

Well, I'm not quite sure why they removed the option to scan an item and know if it's KETO friendly or not. Isn't that the purpose of the app? KETO foods? Fix this please!! Then I'll restore the other 4 stars!

Very nice app, easy to use and manage your keto diet BUT, why don't have pay a monthly fee or any fee to have my Tic watch 5 Pro sync my daily data with this app? I don't care about the recipes, I will never cook that food! I found all my meals from Aldi that help me lose weight fast. Add Mobvoi Tic watch to the menu and UNLOCK IT!!!

Used to love it. That said, recent updates not so great. Scanning foods used to be much more convenient because the scan button was right there at the top of the screen. One click. Now I have to go through multiple clicks to use the "scan UPC" button. These might be trivial for others, but it's almost a dealbreaker for me. What was the point in removing this options?!?!?
