Pathetic service, they just charge you a handsome amount and in return give you the poorest services, customer care never responds, proxy attendant never arrives nor do the reply to your phone calls, some attendants even arrive drunk, with tobacco in their mouth etc., all showbaazi from the company and in reality they just contact you when it's the time for you to do your payment

To whomever it may concern, I appreciate the services your provide and I have been very happy with the caregivers that are being assigned. However, I had raised this concern previously as well and requested to change the account manager. My account manager is Nahid, she is of no use. She never picks up my calls and never returns my call. Every single time I have to request for something, I have to contact your support number. She is providing me horrible service! No replacement as well.
