I have a carers' card, but it won't let log in. I forgot my password but when I put my email in it says no account found

Can't upload documents as they admit the feature temporarily doesn't work in android (will be fixed but when ??????) Tried to upload via website but tells you to use the app

I have applied & been accepted for the card & paid for it. When setting up, I created a password that was accepted. However, when trying to set myself up on the app, bizarrely, the password was too long & therefore had to reset it. But this didn't happen, as I just got a blank screen for 7 minutes before giving up & trying again. But the same result after 3x more efforts. Very poor app & waste of time if you can't even get set up.
