★★★★★ Good application. However, not every shop appears on the list. The smart scan option is not available in certain shops. Would be good to implement the option that customers could scan unique QR code, which will identify their presence in the shop/location. Instead of the usage of GNSS/GPS/Galileo satellite systems signals to identify presence in the shop before the smart scan option could be used. Quantity of the scanned products must be limited as well, good for Carrefour Express shops.

★★★★★ Good application. However, not every shop appears on the list. The smart scan option is not available in certain shops. Could save time for small shops, like Carrefour Express. "Check price" option useful too.

★★★★★ It took a time to find the home delivery (drive.carrefour.be)but once you have it very easy to use, even if you already made a shopping list but haven't paid, it transfers your shopping list to the home delivery list

★★☆☆☆ Horrible app. Nothing works well: if you search for a product by name, it says error, if you try to find back your usual products, error again, if you search by category, 0 results.... Useless. The website is also super slow, but at least works. This is why I usually buy from Delhiite, they have a much better app.

★★☆☆☆ Doesn’t always save address & time slot. Unlike with the Delhiite app, you can't click on a promo to check which other items are included in the promotion. If you click to look at an item in the promos list, once you click the back button it takes you back to the top of the list, so you have to view everything all again! The Delhiite app also has the option of using several menus at once. All in all, it's why I now do my weekly online shopping at Delhiite, as it’s easier & cheaper delivery.

★★☆☆☆ Crashes almost every time you transition to a new view!! The app itself is very slow!! Check the lidl app for comparison. The ux could be way better for a HUGE brand with HUGE prices and therefore HUGE gains like Carrefour.

★★☆☆☆ Needs fixing. The app cannot load the bonus card.l, which makes it impossible to unlock the self-scanner in the shop.
