I recently considered selling my car through Car some. After entering all the necessary details in the app, I was shown a price range based on my car's condition. However, I decided not to proceed and didn’t book an appointment. Despite this, a Car some agent contacted me, urging me to bring my car in for inspection, promising a better price than what was listed in the app. I agreed and scheduled an appointment for 5:15 PM. When I arrived on time, I was told that they couldn’t perform the inspection

Terrible after sales service by chan sow lin branch. If your loan gets rejected salesman will ignore u won't reply u msg won't pick up call. Hold your booking fee. The salesman is unprofessional say submitted documents today, and then tmr ask u send again because he lost the documents. Before loan reject everything service is good. Their cs told me can't help if the salesman doesn't want to cancel my booking. After I report to mcmc and kpdnhep they proceed my refund instantly.

It is a good place to buy a car as I bought one, but when come to sell it back here the price drop very significant with loss, when come to bid just 3 viewers and no bidding happens (they said 8000 used cars registered) makes me laugh

Bad price offered when I plan to sell my car. Online estimation price compare to actual price offered like sky n earth. Even the lowest online estimate which d car state have accident are more greater than price offered to me which my car in good condition. The online estimate from bottom 17k-18k to top 22k-23k BUT the price offered to me is 13k ONLY!! Ridiculous. Price show too great to be truth! Going for bidding, but I don't hope much for that. Dev pls check your quality.
