Not a good place. I applied for a car they took the down payment plus made me renew my insurance and add insurance on a car before it even became mine which cost me almost 600 bucks just to add a car on insurance that I didn't even get plus wanted 2000 more bucks after all the money I'm done got screwed out of

The app was great until the end. I sold my car to Carvana. I accidentally selected an option of including the moon roof and when they went to see it in person, they adjusted my offer saying that the moon roof was damaged instead of that it was missing. I want them to re-run the quote without a moon roof. I got $1,200 deducted from my offer. I edited the original offer online removing the moon roof and the offer was exactly the same, so they owe me $1,200, but they didn't want to give it to me.

Be cautious when buying a car. Avoid purchasing former rental vehicles, as they may have undergone significant wear and tear. Carvana often buys rental cars once they reach 50,000 miles and resells them. It's unsettling to think about the numerous people who may have driven the car and potentially abused it. In my experience, Carvana delivered my vehicle without properly servicing it. The oil was black and burn the transmission fluid was murky, completely unacceptable!
