Took some time to get it started and for it to get set up at first, but things are better now. Just a touch of a button and your password and your information comes up. Had some issues in the beginning, which really ticked me off for a while but then got it straightened out. They had put some other email in my information which screwed me up royally, but it took a bit, but it's ok now. Good app once cleared up. Easy. Simple. I suggest talking to someone in the store tho, if you need help. Easier.

App is absolute trash. It doesn't update until days later and cannot make an online payment. As soon as you click on the expiration date, while adding a payment card, the app closes automatically. Highly do not recommend. I will be ending my use of Cash Money. Seems like no one in this company cares. No one will fix the app. Can't make payments online still! Total garbage

I don't see the point in having an app if it doesn't even tell you what your monthly payments are. With the app, I expected to see how much I owe on a loan, what my payments are and what day they are due at any time, not just my "cash advance". I thought it would be easier with the app, but it really does nothing. I like Cash Money but I hate the app.
