★★★★★ No issues connecting, I will say the instructions is missing a step, once you plug it in, unplug it then press the power button once you hear the prompts then you can plug it back then follow the rest of the instructions.

★★☆☆☆ Unable to set up a cavalier air through Wi-Fi, have tried multiple times and went as far as trying an open network with no success. When I connect to the built-in service as instructed to set up manually, the device returns a page not found.

★★☆☆☆ No customer support. Phone dials then hangs up. Can't log into the app. Can't reset password. Cant do anything but use the Bluetooth. If I had known this was going to be an issue I would have never bought this item. Speaker sounds great but fail on everything from there website to the phone

★★☆☆☆ Can't connect to a hidden network? It is 2021 come on now... Update: can't even log can't even log into the app no more, expensive speaker is a paperweight now.
