★★★★★ Very nice interface but please fondly bring back the features of managing our debit card in the app. It's very important to us

★★☆☆☆ This app lacks some functionalities compared to the former app. You can't even add debit card and increase ATM withdrawal limit for some of us who needs huge amount of cash to transact business, always have to visit the bank premises which is time-consuming. This is not digitalization but limitations. CBG can do better, please improve.

★★☆☆☆ I was denied access to use the app I'm not sure why. I guess I would have to get another from another bank
