Very user-friendly and easy to use. Only wish you could go farther back when viewing previous transaction. I would give it A++ rating. For a small bank they hang right up there with the bigger banks When it comes to internet and app access. If you have never banked with a small bank you should come over and open an account here. Soon after that you will be so pleased with the personal and professional service you will be moving all your accounts over to citizens bank.

I can't get into my account with my info nor last 4 digits of social. Why don't you have a phone number for Security issues during Closed Hours??? That is my issue, no security number.

Terrible In the last app, more often than not, when I tried to log in it would say error has occurred, and I couldn't log in. Only very seldom could I. On this one I have yet to be able to log in because "error has occurred". Very frustrating
